Worst customer service ever. I ordered some LED molding (sausage over 180€) and they arrived broken and damaged. These are fragile items but they were packed in think cardbord boxes without any protective material to avoid transport damage. I opened the delivery only after 2 days as I was busy with some renovations and stuff. When I reached out about return/replacement they outright refused saying I should have contacted them within 48 hours, which goes against the EU consumer laws in my opinion. I sent them photos showing the damage, and they said, you can touch up those damages and still use the product. I'm going to see if I can get some justice via ConsuWijzer
