I ordered LED tubes and LED ruban. The delivery time was much longer than on the website, at least twice. 2 tubes over 20 arrived broken and the LED strip did not work at all. Since 2 weeks I asked to return the product and I have no answer. I called yesterday and the guy on the phone told me that it is not normal and that he put my request in priority to have news same day. Result: no news !
