I purchased some shoes for my self and my grandson in the Leeds shop staff was very good and helpful I took my pair back as they were a little too big to the wetherby shop but I taken my grandsons receipt by mistake the gentleman in the shop who I presume was the manager was not helpful at all and was abrupt he said he couldn’t do anything about it so I went straight back to the Leeds shop a lady called Diane was very helpful and sorted it out straight away even with the wrong receipt thankyou Diane you saved me another 1 hour trip I will not be visiting the wetherby shop again
