“Delivery failure. Leeds U say it’s shipped and with the courier, and here’s a tracking number. I check with Royal Mail tracking, and they don’t acknowledge recipes of the goods. Be aware, they ship through Royal Mail and it’s horrendous. I’ve chased the shop via email a couple of times, and I’ve had no response. My advice, go into the Leeds shop to purchase.”
“Appalling customer service. Bought a present for Christmas and it was incorrect size. Website return section wouldn't work, emailed address provided on the error message, and the one provided on my invoice and both bounced back after a few days saying incorrect email address. Messaged through website, and no response a week later! Postage was also the highest of any companies I have ordered from over Christmas. Certainly won't be purchasing from them online again.”
“I ordered 2 shirts one from another company and one from Leeds United Shop. It took about 2 1/2 weeks. It arrived pretty quickly once it was shipped. I am happy with the quality of the shirt. It was packed securely. I still haven't received the first shirt from the other company yet. Thanks, Leeds”

“I purchased some shoes for my self and my grandson in the Leeds shop staff was very good and helpful I took my pair back as they were a little too big to the wetherby shop but I taken my grandsons receipt by mistake the gentleman in the shop who I presume was the manager was not helpful at all and was abrupt he said he couldn’t do anything about it so I went straight back to the Leeds shop a lady called Diane was very helpful and sorted it out straight away even with the wrong receipt thankyou Diane you saved me another 1 hour trip I will not be visiting the wetherby shop again”
