What a complete shambles. No e passport gates, took over an hour to collect cases after being told they were on three different carousels. Kids running riot, one of whom pressed the emergency stop on one carousel and it took 10 minutes to get it going again.
If you designed an airport to be hopeless it would look like LBA.
AVOID! Next time we will use Manchester despite living half an hour from LBA.
