Here. Slow slow slow security, rude staff for no reason. Very run down airport , needs a deep clean throughout especially the toilets. Walks through to gates 9/10 are outside freezing cold and wet. Not a good experience. Dreading the return as that was always terrible so no doubt worse than previous years by the general look and running of the whole place”
“Just had a very poor experience at leeds Bradford airport. Going through security i was spoke to disrespectfully by a staff member. There was a shortage of trays and i was struggling to fit everything into the one tray that was left. I asked the staff member if my tray was overloaded, stating it was the only tray left. I was rudely told to use my common sense and get another tray. I again pointed there were none, no apology received. Then preceded to gate 8 which was miles away from the lounge, iI was with my 80 year old mum, the walk way to the gate was slippy as it had been raining and the roof was leaking. Not good when travelling with an elderly relative. Not a great start to my holiday.”
“We were in that airport on night of the 12th Oct 2024…Paul….you are legend. He was just magnificent. He cleared the luggage scan area in gig time. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like him. Every airport should have a Paul . He shouted out all the things to do before you get to the belt, and the queue moved soo swiftly. Well done Paul…this is from the four Irishyou met late sitting in the bar waiting for the last flight to Dublin….one last thing. Please Ryanair…do NOT allow people who have been drinking, on a flight. I know about 10 people were not allowed to fly that night, but there were a few more who should have been taken off, for the safety of everyone on the flight. …ok Thumbs up to you again Paul…x”
“Just been through security here and the staff were a disgrace!!. I have carry on luggage only and was told my case needed to be scanned which was fine. I was then advised that it needed to be opened but I shouldn’t touch it. It has a. Integral combination lock! I opened it and then a group of staff huddled round, completely ignored me and started talking and arguing ! together in a foreign language. Eventually one male informed me he was looking for a bottle, another male told him it was in my toiletry bag which was easily visible but he ignored that and insisted that I unzip the other side of the case which contained my clothes (including underwear). He then rummaged around in those items at which point the other male took hold of my toiletry bag and removed a bottle of shampoo which he threw on a table behind him. I asked what was happening and he shouted “you can’t take that”. The two males then argued again about the male questioning whatever it was that the other had initially said to him. I asked them to stop arguing and was told that it was nothing to do with me!… rudeness off the scale, and at a particularly quiet time in security so no one was under any pressure they. I fully accept my error in packing a large shampoo bottle in hand luggage, I usually take hold luggage and had overlooked this, however the staff were unprofessional with a dreadful attitude”
“This small over subscribed airport needs relocation. It's dirty not enough seating, however I would give the staff 5 stars as they do try there best in difficult circumstances.”
“I was the one who forgot her passport 😰 I used to eye roll at other people who did this 😰 yes it happens! In my absolute distressed state a man called Chris ( I believe he’s the manager) came to my aid . He was very calm ! That helped me in my absolute meltdown 😭 . He and another member of staff at security got me on the aircraft within seconds ( through the back doors ) I cannot thank Chris enough for giving me his time at my hour of need ! I had asked passport control for help but was point blank refused help . This made my situation far more stressful. Chris you made my first weekend away with my girlfriends happen , we had a blast 🤩 and to your work colleague who insisted on carrying my case ! Thank you to you both ! I’m truly grateful and thankful for your kindness to a lady who couldn’t stop crying xx”

“Missed our flight for our honeymoon this morning as our alarms didn’t go off, got there with 30 minutes before the plane set off. As you can imagine we we’re extraordinarily stressed and spoke to an AMAZING agent called Danni Cox at Jet 2 to see if there was anything we could do and she managed to reschedule our flight for later on this afternoon! She has saved our honeymoon and could not thank her enough! Amazing customer service and care!”
“Mid stay Carpark was too far from main entrance to be considered walkable as advertised and no bus at all. Uphill, difficult even with only hand luggage especially in the rain. Inside was dirty, disorganised. Signage not clear. Access roads are poor. Not a pleasant experience. Would not use again.”

“Worst airport ever. Rarely enough staff to manage passengers. Parking charges are and absolute joke. These people should wear a mask like Dick Turpin. £7.00 to drop off. Disgusting. I was there yesterday 25 minutes. £12.50. How deos it take 25 minutes with only hand luggage and no other flights at all. Garbage Airport.”
“This airport is awful, it must be the worst airport in the country!! It's dirty, the toilets are so disgusting! Over crowded badly organised. I would rather travel 60 miles to Manchester than visit this hell hole again 😭”
