The luggage girl duplicated our boarding passes , so after 40 minutes queue . We had to go back and do it all again . On our last experience we had to sit on the plane for 30 minutes because shuttle buses were not available . Both of the last occasions , we gained time on the flight , only to lose it through shambolic organisation at this sub standard airport . The sooner DSA reopens the better .
