We have flood damage to our property due to a burst pipe. This happened ten months ago and so far all we have had is removal of damaged flooring. No contact from legal and general, given a phone number that goes straight to voice mail. No emails back. No updates. We've resorted to posting photos of the unsafe state they left our house online... see below. This is ten months on with no contact....
