I lost a valuable and much loved personal item. I made a call to my insurance provider and explained what had happened. Within one hour I received a call and was given some options and then immediately received via e-mail , a voucher to cover the cost of replacing the item.
I wasn't initially sure if I was covered and didn't immediately have all the necessary proof of owning the item.
So pleased with the service I received from Legal and General.
