“A tile fell from my roof during high winds and damaged a neighbour's vehicle L and G first said they would meet the claim, so the repair was carried out. The damage came to £900. L and G then refused to meet the claim, because I has said my property was well maintained and they were not liable to pay out. Happy to take my policy money, but refuse to pay-out.
All my policies with this company have been cancelled by myself since.”
