My father in law has started chemo recently. During our visits we came across a lovely lady called POULAMI KARMAKAR who is always at reception in oncology Osborne building. She is the most helpful staff member I have ever seen. She listens to patients and relatives and always try her best to help and sort out problems as much as possible.
I normally don't write reviews but wrote it especially to appreciate her.
