I read these messages and had my reservations on getting anywhere with a refund, well I can only say the help team at Virgin incentives could not have been more helpful.
Replaced my £120 of expired leisure vouchers with a card to the same value with 24 months on the expiry date, from my initial enquiry this was all resolved in a week Sophie and the team could not have been more helpful.
