AVOID if you are wanting to use these gift cards for Theme Park tickets. SO misleading. After trying to use the gift card mutiple times without any luck on Alton Towers website I was told by someone called Sophie, and I quote "All the Theme parks have been removed at the moment and we are working on this to get removed from the website" - Oct 10 2023. Just had a quick look at the website today Nov 10 2023 and the sites like a walking advertisement for Merlin! There's even a photo of a rollercoaster on the front page of the website. It's like they know that without the pull of the Theme Parks they won't get any business.
