They emphatically did NOT 'make me happy'. The website is appalling and I waited 17 minutes (before abandoning the transaction) for someone to answer the phone when the website crashed. I had none of the help promised - in fact I simply could not communicate with the company at all. The experience of trying to buy a voucher was truly dreadful.
