The child's bicycle arrived with the front forks damaged in transit. They were bent and a local car mechanic straightened them = not that willingly but the bike was a birthday present. The mechanic said he wanted just £15 for the job and Leisure Outlet has not recompensed me. Shabby and hardly an honourable way to do business.
