ordered a Thule G2 side awning paid £162. when it arrived its not a Thule one, and doesn't fit my campervan. e mailed them on day it was delivered. I have phoned 5 times a day for 7 days it always says office is closed and i have sent 10 e mails and not had a response yet. i have asked my bank to get cash back off my card. why don't they just answer the e mails i only want to return it. ill never use this dreadful company again

Do not answer phones, do not reply to emails. I have one item not delivered and another damaged? order number SR20582808. PLEASE MAKE CONTACT ASAP!

2 orders from this shambles, both with poor service. Firstly I ordered some folding chairs which arrived one at a time. The first chair was badly packed, obviously broken on arrival and looked to have been used already so I believe I had been sent a chair that had already been returned. A replacement eventually arrived. On this occasion I have been sent a totally different item to that which I ordered. I phoned and was promised that it would be collected by courier and my correct order would be sent immediately. So I packed it all up and awaited collection but nothing happened. On ringing today I was told initially that there was no record of my previous call and that I should photograph the incorrectly sent item (which I have already packed up) and email the photo to them, it will then be collected if they agree that it is incorrect and only when received will they lower themselves to send out my item that I have already paid for. They were totally resistant to my suggestion that they should complete my order promptly by sending the correct item straight away. They clearly think that I am an imbecile who cannot tell the difference between a windbreaker and a tent extension of some sort. After a little heated discussion they discovered their record of my previous call and they have deigned to skip the email bit but I still have to wait for my item to be returned to them before they send out the correct item. Frankly they have no interest in their customers and I would not recommend them.

This company is so bad I advise everyone to stay away from this company. Goods then ordered no reply for days. Paid in Euros and converted to British Pounds from account via account. Then on request when the goods arrive louder excuses. And finally, after almost 3 weeks, Leisure Warehouse canceled the order and transferred the amount back. Lost 25 euros when you switched back. Great company nothing except expenses. hands off it. Completely incompetent company that only causes costs.

Ordered an ex-display sun lounger on 4th June and a thermometer totalling £108.49. Did not receive an email receipt so just waited for items to arrive. Delivery said 3-5 days but hadn't arrived over 3 weeks later!! Phoned up to be told "you are very lucky, we have just shipped you a brand new one at same cost as ex-display one as it was out of stock. I said I didn't want it as bought one elsewhere. They cancelled it and tracking info confirmed they had got it back. Still have not had a refund nearly a month later!! Awful company.

If you have any brain cell. Do not deal with. Unfortunately after over three months of emails, live chats, telephone calls have we finally got it sorted. We had a broken Vango awning, and this company refused to give us our money back so a credit note was issued after 2.5 months! Then once we'd ordered stuff we didnt really want using this credit note, promised 4 day delivery. Two weeks and more chasing another awning arrived. As soon as they have your money they don't want to know. In the end I was going to go down the court route. They will fob you off with lies and I feel sorry for the guys on customer service as they must have people moaning every day at them.

bought 2 camping chairs for my holiday and ordered them on the Monday for the trip the following week, leaving on the Friday so I had plenty of time in case the 3-5 working days delivery slipped by a couple of days. The website states if they can’t meet their delivery slot they will tell you. Well, heads up, they won’t. What will happen is that when you call them the following Wednesday you will be told they are due to be dispatched that day and delivered the next. I did get a dispatched notification but they did not arrive until the Friday which was too late as I was then on holiday. I complained only to be told I could have £5 off a future order which I told them was no use to me as I don’t need to place an order. I complained again and was told that the order had been dispatched on the Monday (ie blaming the courier) which was a lie and contradicted the other story. I rang to complain again that my email had not had a response and was told someone would look into it that day. That was a week ago and still no reply. I believe they forgot my order and it was only dispatched when I called the following week to query the arrival time. To then lie to the customer and not offer any good will gesture for items that were ordered in plenty of time but didn’t come is not good enough.

I order 2 products from Leisure Outlet a few weeks back. One was correct, the other the wrong product was sent. I have for a few weeks been trying to get the correct product (internal awning inner tent) sent me and a return arranged for the other. Still no product !. Now out of pocket, many wasted emails and no product for my imminent camping trips. Legal action next. I suggest you avoid this company.

I hadn’t read these reviews when ordering hiking socks. Perhaps they’re something you can’t go wrong with as they arrived promptly, they’re exactly what I wanted and overall it was a really smooth transaction. I’d order further small items from them but might think twice about a bigger bit of kit.

If there was a zero I would have given that. We have an ongoing issue and the customer service is terrible. They have failed to collect a faulty item three times are now trying to blame us. Next call is Citizens Advice.

Absolutely diabolical If there was a no star I would’ve put that I can’t rate this company low enough. We had an issue with an outwell air awning in August 2021 and now in March 2022 they have finally addressed the issues. After months of lies they accidentally copied me into an email that was supposed to be for their employees which expose their lies and they’d actually been told that they could address any issues with me within days of the first complaint. It was then clear that they had no idea what they were doing and when sending us replacement products you could’ve bought them in better condition off the car boot for five quid. This company were trying to pass off supposedly brand-new items they clearly were not they arrived damaged and in no fit state for sale and then try to blame it on the courier. They refused to offer any kind of refund they would only substitute things with vouchers which meant that we were still tied to their incompetence. When we asked about a token of goodwill because of the inconvenience they offered vouchers, to be honest I’d rather cut my arms off with a rusty saw than deal with this company ever again. In amongst all the emails one employee was saying one thing, another employee saying another, the same employee then contradicted themselves and confused themselves they have no idea what they’re doing. I’m guessing this company is okay if you have got a product that you’re happy with but as soon as there’s an issue there is no hope - avoid at all costs unless you live close enough to go in an address this face-to-face which would appear to be the only way that you’ll get any reasonable resolution.

Still waiting for a reply as customer services emailed to say ' we have passed on to the aftersales team' still nothing after waiting 12 days, I made quite a expensive purchase £300 and it came apart after little use 8 weeks later, Once I get my issue resolved I would not buy from them again

Purchased a Maypole event shelter from Leisure outlet along with a set of sides. When they arrived the zips on the sides had been sewn on the wrong way round so inside of side panels facing outwards...so not waterproof. Have spent the last six weeks trying to get Leisure Outlet and maypole to sort out this issue. Still not resolved and now they finally admit that there are no replacement sides. Absolutely rubbish customer service from both Leisure outlet and disinterest from Maypole. So much for premium suppliers of leisure products. Would suggest you avoid dealing with either company

Sold us a damaged pop-up gazebo, pull rings baldly damaged they look a mess. Asked for a refund but they will not give us one as the gazebo will still do it's job there replie was to us Could have bought a second hand one in better condition What a joke. So no refund.

I think I now understand for delays in purchases from leisure outlet a lot of products where caught up on the ship that got stuck in the Suez Canal which harboured a few days ago and leisure outlet are working hard to get out deliveries if you was straight and explained better that purchases where caught up in this people understand and probably been acceptable I have my delivery now it’s took 8 weeks but you should have explained thanks anyway

Terrible customer service after air awning bladder leaking and no replacement available until 5 months after the leaking item. Just passed from pillar to post on the emails no answer on the phone. Request for refund totally ignored. The worst online company I have ever dealt with. Stay clear do not send any money you will regret it.

Purchased vango air beam in July expecting delivery beginning of August didn’t turn up was then told middle of August still didn’t turn up then told end of August still didn’t turn up by this time my holiday was over was told beginning of September still nothing then told middle of September what a coincidence still nothing phone lines shut has a lot of my money cannot get any decent response from this place customer service is none existent if this has to be a road trip god help them when I get their STAY CLEAR TOTAL MESSERS

I ordered a canopy from leisure outlet and it still hasn't arrived after many attempts to call them lines are always closed 14 emails later I'm still waiting a refund waist of space read reviews before buying from this 2 bit scum company
