“I hadn’t read these reviews when ordering hiking socks. Perhaps they’re something you can’t go wrong with as they arrived promptly, they’re exactly what I wanted and overall it was a really smooth transaction. I’d order further small items from them but might think twice about a bigger bit of kit.”

“I think I now understand for delays in purchases from leisure outlet a lot of products where caught up on the ship that got stuck in the Suez Canal which harboured a few days ago and leisure outlet are working hard to get out deliveries if you was straight and explained better that purchases where caught up in this people understand and probably been acceptable I have my delivery now it’s took 8 weeks but you should have explained thanks anyway”

“Not taking anything away from the other posters. Ordered a bit of kit from them reluctantly, as I'd read the reviews, and they came up with the goods. I guess a busted watch gets it right twice a day. Hopefully they've rounded the corner...”

“I ordered a bike track pump at a very competitive discounted price. It was delivered in three days at a time when online shopping deliveries are being delayed left right and centre. Well done Leisure Outlet and Hermes- a greatcteam”

“Brought a outlet leisure event Elan 280 ex display model which had no pump. Received pump from one phone call to Dan by next day post. Thank you Dan. Keep up the good work. Will come back to Leisure Outlet to make other purchases. Regards Marie and Tony”

“Ordered an awning was told 3 to 5 working days arrived on time haven't had time to put it up yet but all looks good up to now will update when I've actually put it up,the only downfall is no one to speak to as always engaged and automated responses to emails ,poor customer service but as I said 4 stars up to now but will update”

“I ordered an awning from Leisure outlet (Friday) before reading these reviews and I have to,confess I was then very worried as It was only twelve days before we headed to France for a fortnight. I contacted them (Monday) via the “Live Chat”to be told that the awning wasn’t in stock but was coming in later in the week. I was sceptical but needn’t have worried. A phone call on Thursday (answered first time) confirmed it was now in stock and I had my Awning delivered the following day. I had a good experience with Leisure Outlet and would definitely use them again.”

“We bought an air awning during lockdown and used it and second night awning tore. We contacted Leisure Outlet who told us that awning wasn't tensioned properly which we found amazing as they didn't see awning erected! We are seasoned campers with previous awning experience. This company did not help in any way; AWNING USED ONE NIGHT, second evening fault showed. Absolutely disgraceful aftercare service.”

“The child's bicycle arrived with the front forks damaged in transit. They were bent and a local car mechanic straightened them = not that willingly but the bike was a birthday present. The mechanic said he wanted just £15 for the job and Leisure Outlet has not recompensed me. Shabby and hardly an honourable way to do business.”

“Website states free 24hr delivery, then as apparently Inverness is not part of mainland uk a delivery surcharge is added and the website states 3 - 5 days delivery, invoice then says 5-7 days delivery. 14 days later no delivery, no answer from the phone or email. I strongly recommend not using this company.”

“Been waiting 3 weeks for a bike that never arrived, only to be told today after contacting them for a second time that it has still not been dispatched and repeated the same story as last time. Not impressed and have now requested a refund. A bit worried as other reviews show people have been waiting over a month for a confirmation, and I still want to order my son another bike that actually arrives”
