I placed an order for a camping table 12 days ago, full payment was taken. Delivery was expected in 3 to 5 working days. My order has not arrived, my e-mail enquiry has not been answered, the phone number does not work, the order information on my account on Leisure Outlet website does not show any update or information........ AVOID THIS COMPANY

Another website based retailer who doesn't hold stock and miss represents it on line. Ordered a quickfit tent which the website said was in stock - delivery 3-5 days 10 days later no delivery, phoned was told lies about when it would be delivered - there was none in the country according to a wholesaler - they were still saying it was in stock and delivery would be another 10 days. You cannot believe anything they say. I demanded a refund, an email to say it had been made on the the same day, guess what it hadn't, another email 2 days later to say it had been made and arrived in my bank another three days later. So if you want to lend them £700 for three weeks and get nothing in return carry on and use them - I wont touch them in the future with an extra long barge pole, and have reported them to the advertising standards authority. Incidentally I have now got my tent from Hill View Awnings excellent service and are honest about stock, and great people to deal with, they will be getting my money in future.

Leisure outlet are a bunch of thieves stay clear I bought a bike for £271.98 to get me to work during covid 19v so I didnt have to travel by bus to my local hospital where I work. The bike wasnt the one I ordered when it arrived it was damaged and faulty after numerous phone calls 15 emails 4 weeks later they promised to send a currier to pick my bike and give me a refund. They lied. I have now served them with a court summons and I'm now left with no useable bike no refund and no funds to buy a new bike. Your a disgrace. Take down your post about support the NHS

I bought a bike on Saturday 27th April ..from ................. The next day on Sunday the 28th I cancelled the order, after that I received an email Saying my money was going to be refunded in the next five days. On Monday the 29th I received an email from DHL saying the bike is on the way to me, I called immediately to customer service and explained that the order was cancelled. customer services told me they will give me my money back after DHL return the bike . They also said they need to check the bike to see if everything is alright with it even though They already accepted the cancellation previously . As of now 9th of May I have neither received the refund to my card promised to me when I cancelled the order on the 28th nor have DHL actually delivered or attempted deliver the bike . As I cancelled the order within the terms of the law, which says if I make an order online and cancel within 14 days, I am entitled to a full refund . I have proof in an email that was sent to me when I cancelled the order confirming that I cancelled and they will return my money in five days. This has not been done as of today 9th of May, I have also made several phone calls to discuss the matter, all at the cost of my time and expense, to date there has been no transfer of funds to my account.

bought 2 camping chairs for my holiday and ordered them on the Monday for the trip the following week, leaving on the Friday so I had plenty of time in case the 3-5 working days delivery slipped by a couple of days. The website states if they can’t meet their delivery slot they will tell you. Well, heads up, they won’t. What will happen is that when you call them the following Wednesday you will be told they are due to be dispatched that day and delivered the next. I did get a dispatched notification but they did not arrive until the Friday which was too late as I was then on holiday. I complained only to be told I could have £5 off a future order which I told them was no use to me as I don’t need to place an order. I complained again and was told that the order had been dispatched on the Monday (ie blaming the courier) which was a lie and contradicted the other story. I rang to complain again that my email had not had a response and was told someone would look into it that day. That was a week ago and still no reply. I believe they forgot my order and it was only dispatched when I called the following week to query the arrival time. To then lie to the customer and not offer any good will gesture for items that were ordered in plenty of time but didn’t come is not good enough.

I order 2 products from Leisure Outlet a few weeks back. One was correct, the other the wrong product was sent. I have for a few weeks been trying to get the correct product (internal awning inner tent) sent me and a return arranged for the other. Still no product !. Now out of pocket, many wasted emails and no product for my imminent camping trips. Legal action next. I suggest you avoid this company.

If there was a zero I would have given that. We have an ongoing issue and the customer service is terrible. They have failed to collect a faulty item three times are now trying to blame us. Next call is Citizens Advice.

Purchased a Maypole event shelter from Leisure outlet along with a set of sides. When they arrived the zips on the sides had been sewn on the wrong way round so inside of side panels facing outwards...so not waterproof. Have spent the last six weeks trying to get Leisure Outlet and maypole to sort out this issue. Still not resolved and now they finally admit that there are no replacement sides. Absolutely rubbish customer service from both Leisure outlet and disinterest from Maypole. So much for premium suppliers of leisure products. Would suggest you avoid dealing with either company

Sold us a damaged pop-up gazebo, pull rings baldly damaged they look a mess. Asked for a refund but they will not give us one as the gazebo will still do it's job there replie was to us Could have bought a second hand one in better condition What a joke. So no refund.

Terrible customer service after air awning bladder leaking and no replacement available until 5 months after the leaking item. Just passed from pillar to post on the emails no answer on the phone. Request for refund totally ignored. The worst online company I have ever dealt with. Stay clear do not send any money you will regret it.

Purchased vango air beam in July expecting delivery beginning of August didn’t turn up was then told middle of August still didn’t turn up then told end of August still didn’t turn up by this time my holiday was over was told beginning of September still nothing then told middle of September what a coincidence still nothing phone lines shut has a lot of my money cannot get any decent response from this place customer service is none existent if this has to be a road trip god help them when I get their STAY CLEAR TOTAL MESSERS

I ordered a canopy from leisure outlet and it still hasn't arrived after many attempts to call them lines are always closed 14 emails later I'm still waiting a refund waist of space read reviews before buying from this 2 bit scum company

Please dont use this company, i ordered an awning over 4 weeks ago, delivery was about 4 days but still i have nothing, had to use motorhome on our holiday without the awning so for a family this caused a lot of logistical nightmares, they kept offering alternatives which would not fit the motorhome, i have asked 4 times for a refund but they seem to have gone deaf, disgraceful customer service

Waiting weeks for an adapter which was missing from my order of an expensive kayak. Instead of someone getting an adapter from stock and sending it to me I have to wait for them to get a lengthy reply from the 'manufacturer' then contact me. Impossible to contact by phone as I think they take the phone off the hook in the morning and put it back on at the end of the day when they are leaving. Ring-back not possible on this phone number - this says it all. My advice is to pay extra with another company and get better customer service, or set fire to your money in the garden as you will get more satisfaction from doing this. Stay away - you have been warned!!!!!!

Appalling Company to deal with! I say deal with through gritted teeth as you can’t actually speak to them - they could be just bots! Ordered an item no problem, still to receive it, offices are always closed emails go unanswered, no updates to what is going on. I wish I had read Google reviews before, rather than the manipulatable Trust Pilot reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Waste of time, having used these in the past and being a local company I order some essential camping supplies caravan toilet roll amongst other items two weeks in advance of our trip. The delivery time is 3-5 working days over a week later and nothing has arrived. I receieved an email 5 days after my order stating that 3 items out of 6 (not the T-Rolls) were out of stock and that they were sorry and would refund. I assumed this means the 3 items (minor making up less than 10% of the order value), instead after checking the non delivery and the fact that DHL hadn't revieved the goods I discover that they cancelled the whole order and I have still not refunded. I have spent an hour chasing it this morning and at 12 midday on a working day their pre-recorded message says the office is closed, why have you gone out of business? Followed by emails to them and PayPal. The most frustrating aspect is their warehouse is 6 miles down the road, I wanted to support local business, what a mistake. Go Outdoors will now be getting an urgent visit.

I ordered a Milenco 16" Motorhome Wheel Clamp (M16) and I received a milenco wraith wheel lock instead this might be fine if I had ordered this but now I’m stuck with a wheel lock that only fit a caravan I have tried to phone the number given on there website but it does not connect I have also emailed them and was given a case number I now have several case numbers now and I am no further forward this is the worst company I have had dealings with and wish I had seen there reviews before ordering I also ordered a Milenco Brake and Clutch Lock at the same time and have now been told it will not arrive till sept but I’m not holding out much hope of ever seeing this ? SO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY WHICH IM STILL WAITING FOR AND OVER £ 200 POUNDS OUT OF POCKET

We bought an air awning during lockdown and used it and second night awning tore. We contacted Leisure Outlet who told us that awning wasn't tensioned properly which we found amazing as they didn't see awning erected! We are seasoned campers with previous awning experience. This company did not help in any way; AWNING USED ONE NIGHT, second evening fault showed. Absolutely disgraceful aftercare service.
