I bought a bike on Saturday 27th April ..from ................. The next day on Sunday the 28th I cancelled the order, after that I received an email Saying my money was going to be refunded in the next five days. On Monday the 29th I received an email from DHL saying the bike is on the way to me, I called immediately to customer service and explained that the order was cancelled. customer services told me they will give me my money back after DHL return the bike . They also said they need to check the bike to see if everything is alright with it even though They already accepted the cancellation previously . As of now 9th of May I have neither received the refund to my card promised to me when I cancelled the order on the 28th nor have DHL actually delivered or attempted deliver the bike . As I cancelled the order within the terms of the law, which says if I make an order online and cancel within 14 days, I am entitled to a full refund . I have proof in an email that was sent to me when I cancelled the order confirming that I cancelled and they will return my money in five days. This has not been done as of today 9th of May, I have also made several phone calls to discuss the matter, all at the cost of my time and expense, to date there has been no transfer of funds to my account.
