“Please dont use this company, i ordered an awning over 4 weeks ago, delivery was about 4 days but still i have nothing, had to use motorhome on our holiday without the awning so for a family this caused a lot of logistical nightmares, they kept offering alternatives which would not fit the motorhome, i have asked 4 times for a refund but they seem to have gone deaf, disgraceful customer service”

“Waiting weeks for an adapter which was missing from my order of an expensive kayak.
Instead of someone getting an adapter from stock and sending it to me I have to wait for them to get a lengthy reply from the 'manufacturer' then contact me.
Impossible to contact by phone as I think they take the phone off the hook in the morning and put it back on at the end of the day when they are leaving. Ring-back not possible on this phone number - this says it all.
My advice is to pay extra with another company and get better customer service, or set fire to your money in the garden as you will get more satisfaction from doing this. Stay away - you have been warned!!!!!!”

“Waste of time, having used these in the past and being a local company I order some essential camping supplies caravan toilet roll amongst other items two weeks in advance of our trip.
The delivery time is 3-5 working days over a week later and nothing has arrived. I receieved an email 5 days after my order stating that 3 items out of 6 (not the T-Rolls) were out of stock and that they were sorry and would refund. I assumed this means the 3 items (minor making up less than 10% of the order value), instead after checking the non delivery and the fact that DHL hadn't revieved the goods I discover that they cancelled the whole order and I have still not refunded.
I have spent an hour chasing it this morning and at 12 midday on a working day their pre-recorded message says the office is closed, why have you gone out of business? Followed by emails to them and PayPal.
The most frustrating aspect is their warehouse is 6 miles down the road, I wanted to support local business, what a mistake. Go Outdoors will now be getting an urgent visit.”
“I ordered a Milenco 16" Motorhome Wheel Clamp (M16) and I received a milenco wraith wheel lock instead this might be fine if I had ordered this but now I’m stuck with a wheel lock that only fit a caravan I have tried to phone the number given on there website but it does not connect I have also emailed them and was given a case number I now have several case numbers now and I am no further forward this is the worst company I have had dealings with and wish I had seen there reviews before ordering I also ordered a Milenco Brake and Clutch Lock at the same time and have now been told it will not arrive till sept but I’m not holding out much hope of ever seeing this ? “On 29/07/21 I ordered a Maypole Caravan Top Cover plus acouple of cleaning products for a total of £77.24.Within a couple of days I received a delivery from Leisure Outlet but sadly instead of a caravan roof cover they had sent me a very nice portable gas BBQ!
I,m sure this is great for burning sausages but is absolutely useless at keeping bird poo off the caravan roof!!
I sent an email to them and quickly got an email reply with a case number and the threat not to send any chasers as this would put the query to the back of the queue!!As other reviewers have found the email is ignored and it is impossible to get through on the phone which just rings engaged a couple of times then cuts off!
The only good news is that the roof cover I needed urgently was available on Amazon Prime at a cheaper price and arrived the next day.So I now have an unwanted portable gas BBQ costing(according to Leisure Outlet)£99.99 for the bargain price of £77.24!!

“The child's bicycle arrived with the front forks damaged in transit. They were bent and a local car mechanic straightened them = not that willingly but the bike was a birthday present. The mechanic said he wanted just £15 for the job and Leisure Outlet has not recompensed me. Shabby and hardly an honourable way to do business.”

Ordered my daughter a bike from leisure outlet (just short of £300) at the beginning of May. Arrived in good time but arrived damaged. Mud guard at the front was split and paint missing. Advised they would replace mud guard and popped it on order. Never heard anything in May chased in June. Mud guard delivered end of June was the complete wrong colour, called again another was ordered. When this one arrived it was second hand damaged AND was the wrong colour!!! Was proposed another would be sent out next day. Never arrived chased AGAIN!!! And was greeted by a rude man on the phone who for some reason couldn’t understand my frustration!!! Arrived few days later WRONG COLOUR AGAIN AND WAS SECOND HAND DAMAGED!!!
By this point I was done!!! One upset little girl and angry mum I demanded refund a d they could have the damaged bike back. Was told a box
Would be sent out to rerun arriving Monday this week still nothing and nowhere closer to getting my £300 back as they won’t refund me until they have the bike. I also can’t afford to buy my daughter another bike until I receive a refund!!!!!!

I ordered a bike in April that was out of stock but promised by May 30th. No one got in contact with me once May 30th came and went, I had to chase it up only to find out it was delayed and wouldn’t arrive now until mid to late June. Again, the dates came and went with no word from them, I had to chase it up again. Annnd, true to form, the bike is delayed still!!! I’m told it will be here middle of July. I won’t hold my breath. They offered me a £25 gift certificate for the inconvenience twice but I have yet to receive it even though when I asked about it, I was told it would be available for me last week.
Don’t bother with them unless you want a big pain in your a$$. :(”
