Abysmal company. Still trying to get the balance of my outstanding order from the 18th May. They don't know what they are doing or what they have sent. Apologised and told me they will send the outstanding item but received nothing. Will never buy from them again.”

It ordered was showing In stock, ordered, email confirmation 3-5 days delivery. 3+ weeks and still no delivery, they Initially responded to emails even allowing me the NHS 10% discount, apologised for delays and it was on its way and still nothing. In effect robbed me of £126, for an item I needed to go away with for a couple of days, made them aware of this and still nothing, now they aren’t responding to my emails.
Shocking, robbing and cant understand it at all. If they can’t deliver be respectful and refund. Following it up with amazon pay for a refund, will take to small claims if needed, they really shouldn’t get away with this.”

Purchased bicycles in May. Bicycle went missing and blamed on courier. Then incorrect bicycle delivered. Collected for refund and no such refund has taken place. They now have both the bicycles and my money!!! A small fortune.

“AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Ordered in the first week of June and still no sign of our item over a month later. They say they’ve tried to deliver, no you haven’t, I’ve been here every single day. Now they say they have had to order more stock. I think we’re at the point of having to go to trading standards. They wont take calls, respond on twitter and arent responding to emails. Imm starting to think they are a scam.”

Purchased a number of items on 29th February. Out of 5 items purchased, 1 was incorrectly delivered. As of the 1st June, and countless emails and calls, they have still failed to collect and replace the item. Now they are using live chat only and will not take the call. So, good prices, but appalling customer service if they make a mistake. Won't be using again.”
“Leisure outlet are a bunch of thieves stay clear I bought a bike for £271.98 to get me to work during covid 19v so I didnt have to travel by bus to my local hospital where I work. The bike wasnt the one I ordered when it arrived it was damaged and faulty after numerous phone calls 15 emails 4 weeks later they promised to send a currier to pick my bike and give me a refund. They lied. I have now served them with a court summons and I'm now left with no useable bike no refund and no funds to buy a new bike. Your a disgrace. Take down your post about support the NHS”
