“Website states free 24hr delivery, then as apparently Inverness is not part of mainland uk a delivery surcharge is added and the website states 3 - 5 days delivery, invoice then says 5-7 days delivery. 14 days later no delivery, no answer from the phone or email. I strongly recommend not using this company.”

“I had an awful experience with Leisure Outlet as their website does not represent the products they deliver, and then they refuse to offer returns or refunds. I bought an awning from them and they delivered a different product because the images and details on their website were wrong. Over a month of polite complaining they refused to refund or replace because images on their website are "for illustration only and not necessarily of the product you're buying" and I should have noticed that the sizes they advertised were incorrect. NB They still haven't updated their website a month after I notified them so be vary wary, there's a good chance that what you order is not what you'll get, and they won't do anything about it.”

“Just a terrible company. Please don’t order with them. I ordered a Trangia cooking stove (25 series) and a Trangia bag, they said 4-5 days maximum for delivery. I received the stove within 3-4 weeks, then the bag arrived 5 weeks later. I’m appalled by how slow they are.”

“Shocking firm to shop with. They take your money and then source the items. They don’t answer phones and take days to respond to emails. Fed up waiting for our awning carpet and having done 2 trips without it we cancelled by email and asked for our money back. Three days later we had an email apologising for poor customer service followed half an hour later by email saying it had been dispatched! We had to delay our holiday and cancel campsites booked. Today it was supposed to be delivered between 9and 10. Here we are 12 with 6 hour journey ahead of us towing a caravan and no sight of it. Cannot imagine why they think it’s ok to dispatch items week after order taken when they sell outdoor equipment and people will be wanting equipment for trips away. Totally hopeless and shambolic.”

Request to speak to manager not actioned.. instead a customer service person made a list of excuses. All the hallmarks of a mis-managed or unmanaged company.
