Poor service, no access to anyone, just computer generated 'case numbers'. Unacceptable delay on delivery and collections. Collection dates missed twice. Request to speak to manager not actioned.. instead a customer service person made a list of excuses. All the hallmarks of a mis-managed or unmanaged company. Even the promised measley £10 compensation for the massive inconvenience of chasing and 2 dozen e-mails, not given..probably forgot.
