“The child's bicycle arrived with the front forks damaged in transit. They were bent and a local car mechanic straightened them = not that willingly but the bike was a birthday present. The mechanic said he wanted just £15 for the job and Leisure Outlet has not recompensed me. Shabby and hardly an honourable way to do business.”
“Website states free 24hr delivery, then as apparently Inverness is not part of mainland uk a delivery surcharge is added and the website states 3 - 5 days delivery, invoice then says 5-7 days delivery. 14 days later no delivery, no answer from the phone or email. I strongly recommend not using this company.”
“Been waiting 3 weeks for a bike that never arrived, only to be told today after contacting them for a second time that it has still not been dispatched and repeated the same story as last time. Not impressed and have now requested a refund. A bit worried as other reviews show people have been waiting over a month for a confirmation, and I still want to order my son another bike that actually arrives”
