Been waiting 3 weeks for a bike that never arrived, only to be told today after contacting them for a second time that it has still not been dispatched and repeated the same story as last time. Not impressed and have now requested a refund. A bit worried as other reviews show people have been waiting over a month for a confirmation, and I still want to order my son another bike that actually arrives
