“We bought an air awning during lockdown and used it and second night awning tore. We contacted Leisure Outlet who told us that awning wasn't tensioned properly which we found amazing as they didn't see awning erected! We are seasoned campers with previous awning experience. This company did not help in any way; AWNING USED ONE NIGHT, second evening fault showed. Absolutely disgraceful aftercare service.”
