Appalling Customer Service!
Purchased a number of items on 29th February. Out of 5 items purchased, 1 was incorrectly delivered. As of the 1st June, and countless emails and calls, they have still failed to collect and replace the item. Now they are using live chat only and will not take the call. So, good prices, but appalling customer service if they make a mistake. Won't be using again.
