If I could it would be no stars whatsoever! Absolutely rubbish customer relations and service. My order was acknowledged and despatched, apparently, but to date has never arrived. Don’t bother calling as they don’t answer. Online assistant only use if you have plenty of time to waste. I’ve lost count of the emails I’ve sent, yes you get an auto reply quickly, but god forbid a human contacted you to help. The few responses I have had were contradictory, No goods, no refund, nothing!
