“Ordered an Outdoor revolutions awning from them at the NEC show, took months to arrive and when it did we had been miss advised as to which height we required. They didn't have the correct one in stock took 2 weeks to get it collected for refund and then took 2 months to get our money back, we even contacted Outdoor revolutions directly who did nothing to help. Again would give minus stars but can't, would never use this company ever again and wouldn't recommend them either.”
“I wanted a 'spare' part for a fiamma (for whom they are official agents) bike carrier but after numerous emails and phone calls they said "of course we can sell you a bike carrier". I will be taking any future business elsewhere.

“Bought a Outdoor Revoution Cruz 6.0EX tent, after being informed by a sales advisor that the air beams were covered by the brands lifetime warranty. This was the main reason for purchasing this tent. Even though a card was included with the details to register this tent, it was not possible to register this model. When phoning Blue Diamond (outdoor revolution), I was told that this tent is not included. I then spoke to a sales advisor at leisure outlet who told me that they had been told by the supplier this tent was included, however the person who sold us the tent stated that he would have never told us that this tent included the lifetime warranty even though they are happy to put this query to outdoor revolution. This tent was mis sold to us and there is no rush or interest to get this sorted with the supplier. After taking your money there is no after sales customer service.”

On Monday the 29th I received an email from DHL saying the bike is on the way to me, I called immediately to customer service and explained that the order was cancelled. customer services told me they will give me my money back after DHL return the bike . As I cancelled the order within the terms of the law, which says if I make an order online and cancel within 14 days, I am entitled to a full refund . I have proof in an email that was sent to me when I cancelled the order confirming that I cancelled and they will return my money in five days.
This has not been done as of today 9th of May, I have also made several phone calls to discuss the matter, all at the cost of my time and expense, to date there has been no transfer of funds to my account.”

“I ordered a product and 1.5 days later received an email saying that the supplier was out of stock and I would get a refund. I called them and was told the supplier no longer stocks it, another company had taken all the stock from the supplier and they would refund me. I wanted my products, not the refund. They said they has nothing in stock. When I placed the order it was in stock but mysteriously there was no stock next day, not even one which I find strange.
I asked to escalate it to a manager and the call centre refused saying that I could not get my product and speaking to a manager would not help. I said I wanted to complain but she refused to refer me to someone senior. I have never heard of such an excuse before that another shop finished all the products from the supplier, seeing that the item is sold by other shops and is clearly not on clearance, which they said it was on. “Purchased bike for my daughter, arrived heavily damaged, replacement bike turned up with damaged mudguard. Both bikes had nothing to attach the basket to the bike, weeks and weeks later after broken promises and lies, they tell me they can't do anything as they no longer stock the bike.
Whatever you do DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I hope they go bust as they basically are thieves who take your money and send appalling products and rip customers off completely.”
“I ordered an awning from Leisure outlet (Friday) before reading these reviews and I have to,confess I was then very worried as It was only twelve days before we headed to France for a fortnight. I contacted them (Monday) via the “Live Chat”to be told that the awning wasn’t in stock but was coming in later in the week. I was sceptical but needn’t have worried.
A phone call on Thursday (answered first time) confirmed it was now in stock and I had my Awning delivered the following day.
I had a good experience with Leisure Outlet and would definitely use them again.”
“The Company is terrible, i ordered a awning and supposedly a free groundsheet, they said it would take 3-5 days, I emailed them twice no response, Rang them and was left on hold for ten minutes, no one answered, then i tried the live chat, The awning eventually did turn up, but the ground sheet did not, i have had conflicting excuses from them and false promises , they keep saying different things, So i am taking this further to get my refund, for the Groundsheet value”
“What a diabolical company that I will be reporting to trading standards.
If they offer it to you for free its too much. Don't be fooled into low prices. It will show you an estimated delivery date but they should say what year too as you will never get it on time as they don't have it in stock. They will take your money and then you get no contact, your goods wont turn up and you will have to wait forever to get your money back. Pay pal dispute will be opened asap. Send them an email. No reply. When you ring up Its not in and they don't know when it will be in. Or it is in and they will promise next day delivery but wont give you a tracking number. When again it doesn't turn up you then ring again and they say the paperwork had not been passed on. You ask for a refund and for this to be confirmed via email and still you get nothing. WTF is going on with them? Gloria and her team at Watchdog will be getting a copy of this shopping experience for sure.

“Totally rubbish company. Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. Emailed them to find out when we would receive the order, but no reply. Phoned them several times and held for up to 15 mins at a time without getting through to anyone. Left voicemail requesting call back, but no reply. Finally managed to speak to someone today, to be told the items that we ordered are out of stock. A heads up a week ago would have been handy, then we could have ordered from elsewhere.
