Waited month for order. I emailed to cancel and asked for refund. Within 30 mins I received a email saying items despatched.
These were the wrong items and they knew it!!
Been trying to get a return and refund for over a week now. Line always busy or office shut.
Absolutely no response to my emails.
I believe this company has gone broke.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY
They are taking money under false pretences. I will be reporting them under the distance selling act and I suggest anyone who has the same problems do the same.
