ordered a Thule G2 side awning paid £162. when it arrived its not a Thule one, and
doesn't fit my campervan. e mailed them on day it was delivered. I have phoned 5 times a day for 7 days it always says office is closed and i have sent 10 e mails and not had a response yet. i have asked my bank to get cash back off my card. why don't they just answer the e mails i only want to return it. ill never use this dreadful company again
