Arrived pretty quickly but I had to collect from the post office. This is a pack that should easily fit through my letter box so not sure why this was. Also sent the wrong pack. I ordered the skin care pack for dry skin and got the normal dry which contains a gel cleanser that you use like soap. I much prefer a standard cleanser but I needed the kit as I'd run out of skincare and was going away so I've had to put up with it. Average.
