The price of the items I purchased was great and the delivery time frame was also reasonable. The overall usability of the website etc was also very good but the items arrived very badly damaged and although the content appears to be fine, these were intended as a Christmas present and if they didn't know me better they would probably assume these are second hand goods or stolen off the back of a lorry in their current condition. The damage has significantly impacted my ability to rate you higher, I have raised a complaint and look forward to a resolution which will hopefully improve my mood!
