Ordered a product from this company, received in a timely fashion BUT the products box was damaged and product was out of the box on arrival. Emailed to let them know, no real apology (the item was badly packaged hence why it arrived damaged) but was asked to send item back so they could refund. Such a shame that they refused to pay the postage back for the item as a gesture but they instead refereed me to the t's&c's of regular returns (this was damaged!). Shame that they didn't really care about a first time customer and have lost my future business. On a plus note, I have the refund!
