The delivery was extremely prompt arriving the next day. However there was one item that I had ordered which was incorrect in size. There is no telephone contact available for customer services which I found frustrating so I emailed immediately - I had to email a second time a couple of days later to get a response. The outcome was satisfactorily resolved in the end however so will buy again from this retailer.
