I accidentally put the delivery dress as Road instead of Drive. I emailed them within 2 minutes of placing the order to say that I had done this and they said they would advise couriers. Package was delivered to the wrong address and via email I was told to pick it up myself, couldn't speak to anyone as they do not have a telephone line. Emails were abrupt and unhelpful. Ended up having to pick up the parcel myself.
