I placed an order which ended up getting lost by Yodel, although they denied this. Lemon Skin Care had an amazingly quick response time and extremely helpful customer service team, they kept me in the loop with their communication with Yodel and offered a full refund or the option for my parcel to be sent again with a sign for service, which I got the next day! I am extremely happy with my product and the end result provided by Lemon Skin Care. Thank you very much.
