I accidentally ordered the wrong product, but in the evening, after business hours. I noticed it immediately and sent them an email. By 8am the next morning, I had a reply, and the order was cancelled for me without an issue. I then went on to order the correct product. I really appreciate their attentiveness and ease of the transaction!
