I have placed 3 orders with Lemon Skin Care in the last 2 months. The prices are lower than other major website, so no issues there. I would have rated the whole experience as "very good", but the delivery company Yodel has put a damp on the experience as there have been issues with the delivery of every single order, hence I have put a rating of "poor". When I emailed Lemon Skin Care to share my concerns last month, I got a 2 sentences response. When will businesses understand that the customer experience goes all the way from the placing of the order right through its delivery?
