You sent a product with no decent packaging, it arrived damaged. I then had to return it at my own cost...because of your 'terms and conditions'. Very poor and inflexible customer service. I can send the email trail if needed. This was your poor packaging (no bubble wrap) this was not my fault and yet it cost me. Any saving I made buying from you was reduced. Won't bother again.
