From a customer service perspective, I personally can find no fault. The Dermalogica products I have ordered so far have arrived in good time and as far as I can tell are genuine. Furthermore I recently ordered a cleanser only to discover shortly after that I already had an unused cleanser in a cupboard. I contacted Lemon SkinCare, asked to cancel the order and they did so immediately. i couldn't expect better service than that.
