Firstly, the expensive structural report sent out contained pictures of somebody else's house. Secondly the Structural Survey missed important defects on a property before purchase which will cost thousands of pounds to rectify. CEDR, which is an independent dispute agent, stated that 'The company failed to provide the services to the customer to the standard to be reasonably expected by the average person'. Even with this outcome Leo Horsefield surveying have not offered any sort of compensation. We are currently proceeding with court action.
