10 minute survey of our property during which the surveyor did not ask for any evidence of RSJ installation (which we had) or window certification (which we had). Much of the report was supposition (old house therefore likely to have....etc) with little evidence. Claimed bathroom ceiling is badly stained and there is no stain at all. This report could potentially lose our house sale so we are now paying for our own, independent and certifiable, report. The report smacks of trying to see off potential future litigation, which would make sense as they are being sued but someone else.
