Talked to someone about getting a B & W fifth wheel hitch installed. He said I had to come in to make a deposit on it. Could not take card over the phone. Why not??? My wife and I drove there to make deposit ( we are about 45 minutes from there) When we get there the guy we talked with on the phone is not there and no one knows nothing about the hitch I want. The person we talked with did not leave any information.
Drove all the way there for nothing!!! Got the hitch somewhere else. Do not recommend!!!
