Leonard Buildings of Florence, SC was great to work with, I traveled 2 hours to pickup a trailer-a sale item they were trying to move-and the manager held it for me. I was in and out of there with the proper paperwork in what seemed like 30 seconds though in reality more like 10 minutes. Serious quick. My only reason for not giving a higher score is the light-duty trailer turned out to be in reality no better than the major competitors [big box and farm supply places I wont name]. It's as if they all buy from the same vendor, the 2 hour ride was rough on the paint, leading to lots of chipping, and that before I needed to re-spray a majority of the metal due to surface rust and add wood to "tighten-up" the mesh bed which behaved like a trampoline with my ATV. Lastly, in the end I got a small trailer which functions as planned and fits in the side yard making the wife relatively happy.
