I went on the Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories website and research what I would like to purchase. I went to the local dealer told them what I wanted and they said they didn't have that exact model on the lot but they could get one brought to them in a couple days. I was shocked when the next day I got a call and said the trailer had been delivered and waiting for my pick up. I scheduled to have them install a braking system on my truck before I picked up the trailer. From the time I spoke to the manager until the day I picked up the trailer and drove off the lot was two days. In my book that was GREAT and quick. I would HIGHLY recommend Joseph Conigliaro and his team at the Winchester VA branch. Thank You for the GREAT customer service.
