Transaction was very good. Delivery was a little late but then I live in Townsville Nth Qld and in this time of COVID was to be expected. The box was open on both ends so was delivered on a pallet, but no damage to bike. I was very lmpressed with the quality of the bike and the packeging was excellent. I went for my first ride today, 25 Klms and the bike rides nicely. The only problem I had and it was probably my fault as I could not try it was that I bought a 28 and I should have got a 26 as I have problem mounting it. Besides that I would recommend this bike to anyone who is thinking of buying an e-bike. Michael.
