Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “I bought the Prague NCM bike for my partner for his 50th, it arrived in 2 days.!! The service at Leon cycle was excellent I had all my queries answered quick & they were so helpful. During these tough times in Vic they managed to deliver the bike to us in just 2 days. We absolutely love the Prague bike and will come back to purchase another bike soon. I want to thank Leoncycle for putting a big smile on my partners face for his 50th. Thank you so much 🙏🙏”

“I bought a ET-CYCLE F720 from Pedl here in Sydney. The Bike after 2 years was a total lemon. However it all came to a head when the sensor in the motor that the computer talks to failed. The computer on my bike started to turn off every 5 minutes so I took it to my local authorised Leon Cycle dealer. They advised me that the sensor failed. I asked them to give me a quote to repair. I was advised that the part couldn't be repaired and I required a whole new motor/ rear wheel. And I was quoted $800 fitted. I paid $1995 for the bike therefore under the Consumer Guarantee provisions of Australian Consumer law I am entitled to have this replaced for free. Well Leon Cycle was not having a bar of this, I even sent them the official government PDF which advises them of their legal obligations under Australian consumer law (Photos of the emails attached. So basically I paid $1995 for a bike that was useless after two years. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE AN ELECTRIC BIKE FROM LEON CYCLES AS THEY WILL NOT COMPLY WITH THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER CONSUMER GUARANTEE PROVISIONS OF AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.”

“Hydraulic brake assembly turned on time at home delivery. The assembly is pre-charged with fluid so the complete change out took less than 5 minutes with 2 Allen Keys and then good to go.”

“I spoke to a very nice man when I rang for help. Did I need a new battery or just a battery part. I was able to buy the part. When I asked for a recommend where to take the battery I was assured I could do it myself. This gentleman was clear to understand and didn't question my ability to achieve this. It was as easy as he stated. I was so grateful. I had visited local bike shop and they wouldn't help me. It had made me feel I would blow myself up. The part arrived days later. Thank you Leon cycles”

“Thus far my NCM Paris Max NCR is UNUSEABLE! It took extreme force to unfold the main folding hinge, despite loosening off allen screws top and bottom. Thus far I can't get far enough to snap the spring load hinge into position, much less operate the quick release. NOT HAPPY!”

“Hi , service was great. I did order one part - on line and then spoke to the WA store (who were very helpful) before ordering another part on line.Unfortunately because I placed two seperate orders I was charged 2 x freight charges but on receipt of the products - the two separate orders arrived in the same box. I also ordered an unrestricted display unit but unsure what I have actually received (yet to be installed and hopefully not limited to 25km.) Freight did take a lot longer than expected. Kind regards Hal”
