The e-bike arrived very well packaged and the installation instructions were good. The diagrams could be a bit larger! The bike is very well made and all components look to be of high quality.
I think that the use of Shop to provide delivery information could be revisited. The app, once installed, opens loads of irrelevant advertising which is not wanted nor useful. A simpler dedicated system like Team Global Express is more useful.

Bikes delivered, but one damaged. Although it was delivered scratched and they didn't even offer refund or any kind of compensation. It also doesn't have and electric back light, not a brake light like all the other bikes or scooters have. All over a big disappointment for the price you are paying. Service wise i would give it a 1 star.
