I bought the NCM M3, Best part was the flat rate delivery fee! Cost $1999 for the bike and it performs amazingly, Have had it for 2-3 weeks now and not had any problems whatsoever so ever. I definitely recommend this e-mtb for your first electric bike! The only downside is I ordered the white version and i got a call and got told i could only get the black one! Very disappointing.

Will try to order again but have to say am not at confident that your nominated couriers can actually process deliveries for you.

Bikes delivered, but one damaged. Although it was delivered scratched and they didn't even offer refund or any kind of compensation. It also doesn't have and electric back light, not a brake light like all the other bikes or scooters have. All over a big disappointment for the price you are paying. Service wise i would give it a 1 star.
