Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “I spoke to a very nice man when I rang for help. Did I need a new battery or just a battery part. I was able to buy the part. When I asked for a recommend where to take the battery I was assured I could do it myself. This gentleman was clear to understand and didn't question my ability to achieve this. It was as easy as he stated. I was so grateful. I had visited local bike shop and they wouldn't help me. It had made me feel I would blow myself up. The part arrived days later. Thank you Leon cycles”

“Thus far my NCM Paris Max NCR is UNUSEABLE! It took extreme force to unfold the main folding hinge, despite loosening off allen screws top and bottom. Thus far I can't get far enough to snap the spring load hinge into position, much less operate the quick release. NOT HAPPY!”

“Hi , service was great. I did order one part - on line and then spoke to the WA store (who were very helpful) before ordering another part on line.Unfortunately because I placed two seperate orders I was charged 2 x freight charges but on receipt of the products - the two separate orders arrived in the same box. I also ordered an unrestricted display unit but unsure what I have actually received (yet to be installed and hopefully not limited to 25km.) Freight did take a lot longer than expected. Kind regards Hal”

“I bought the NCM M3, Best part was the flat rate delivery fee! Cost $1999 for the bike and it performs amazingly, Have had it for 2-3 weeks now and not had any problems whatsoever so ever. I definitely recommend this e-mtb for your first electric bike! The only downside is I ordered the white version and i got a call and got told i could only get the black one! Very disappointing.”
