Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “Bought 3 e-bikes from Leon cycles 10 months ago. The battery has stopped working on one of them. Leon cycles will not honour the warranty. The retailer blames the manufacturer and the manufacturer blames the retailer. I had to fork out $600 on a new battery.”

“Have been very happy with bike. Had it for 3 years now and the "controller" just stopped working for no reason that we could figure. However Leon Cycles did sent us a new one asap and it's back on the road and loving the ride.”

“Nowadays I rarely experience good customer service and have grown to expect disappointment from dealing with businesses of any kind. I started to cringe as I began a recent Ebike build because I realised that I was missing several important bits and was expecting a month long safari around the world to find everything. I certainly didn’t expect that I’d be writing a glowing review about how it was made so easy for me! After some Googling, I phoned your store and was assisted by Danny who assured me that he could help with my list of very random parts. When I arrived in store, I found Danny who dropped everything to help me. He climbed over bikes and contorted himself into tight corners as he gathered parts from the warehouse and workshop. He chased after other staff and ran around the entire building until I had everything that I needed. Then he worked out a very reasonable package price. Whilst roaming around in the showroom, I was blown away by the range of parts and accessories that most customers would overlook during a regular visit. It pays to look and it pays to ask because I was able to solve a couple of unrelated problems as well. I can’t think of another “big-player” retailer that combines so many great ingredients. A bright,shiny superstore with the vibe of a local family-run corner store and with staff that ooze a passionate desire to solve problems for customers. Thanks folks !”

“I have been looking at e-bikes for some time now and have done a lot of online research. The NCM Moscow Plus was my number one choice and I am extremely happy with it. The purchase online with Leon Cycle Australia was quick and easy, placed my order on the Friday and it was delivered the following Tuesday to rural NSW.”

“I initially purchased an e-bike which had a fault with the pedal assist after I had first assembled it . The staff at Leon Cycles were sympathetic to my concerns and offered a complete new bike . I was very happy with the positive attitude and assistance given to me throughout my purchase and the new bike is exactly what I wanted at a good competitive price .”

“I wanted an electric bike to assist with my fitness. Lots of years ago I purchased a normal bike to do this, but I live in a country area of hills slopes and strong winds,and not much flat ground.So this bike lived in the garage with flat tyres for many years.I loved bike riding when I was in my younger years. After visiting several bike shops, test riding bikes. I then chose the Moscow Plus as my bike, the staff at Leon were very helpful making the purchase easy. I can't believe how easy the bike is to ride I have the bike set for low assist to still get a workout hills slopes and head wind is not a major problem now making bike riding enjoyable again and with the kms I've done the battery has still got alot of charge.”

“The bike is perfectly good but when i need to adjust the shifter of the bike so it's ride smoothly and as well as put some bolts on the dish brake(there are missing rare brake bolts)”
